Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To initiate the process, please reach out to us through the contact numbers listed on our [Contact Page] or email us directly at info@rcvry.club.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original sealed packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 10 to 45 days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, kindly:

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at info@rcvry.club and we’ll guide you through the process.
